The kids from the neighbouring villages come to the Casa Verde to scare the daylights out of our guests (and we give them tons of candy, too). Our Hallowe'en party is famous

Christmas

A Canadian style Christmas, featuring a feast of turkey and cranberries on Christmas Eve, and then Santa visits the next morning to bring presents to the kids in the house.

New Years

An elaborate Spanish/Canadian dinner, followed by champagne and wine from La Rioja, of course.

Horse Riding

Nearby Castañares is a tiny village with more horses than people. Many more!
Come and go for a mornings ride through the forests and hills of Castañares with a guide.

Mountain Bike Rental

The hills and mountains around are house are covered with mountain trails ideal for mountain bikes. Bring your own or rent one of ours. We can even arrange to drive you the first 10 km uphill, just so that the riding is easier!

Babysitting Service

While the parents go out for a night on the town in Logroño´s famous Calle Laurel tapas bars, or a long hike without the kids, we can look after them in a safe and entertaining style. Games room, small swimming pool, garden toys, optional English or Spanish lessons.
